Why does the server not deliver the message to the local account wxu01? I
Because the server does not recognize silkrocks.com as a local mail domain, and tries to deliver mail to the remote mail server, and you have firewall rules in place that prevent the connection from going through.
My /usr/lib/courier/etc/locals:
localhost.localdomain
Don't see silkrocks.com here.
