I ran the userdb command to create the user. Checked /etc/userdb to see if the new entry resembled the others, it did. Ran makeuserdb. Verified the timestamp on the userdb* files was now. Tried to log in via pop3 and failed.
Did I miss a step?
BTW: I have the authdaemond.mysql and .pgsql and .ldap files removed. I only want to use the userdb method.
