Okay, so I thought this was working.

I have an alias in the /etc/courier/aliases/system file
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

where domain.com is a virtual domain on the courier system, there is no account named bob, fred is a account on another server

When I send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], I get back "User unknown: 550"

Now, I understand the logic (there is, after all, no user named bob) but I thought the alias would kick in first, and it would forward. I know from the docs that:
@domain.com: [EMAIL PROTECTED] should work for all mail sent to domain.com.

Thanks
(Just when I think I'm making progress *sigh*)
