Hi,

I want wo Cimpile courier-imap with ssl-support.

I installed openssl 0.9.7b to /usr/local/openssl/current/

I configured courier-imap with these options:

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/openssl/current/include/openssl"
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/openssl/current/lib"
export CPPFLAGS
export LDFLAGS

./configure \
- --prefix=/usr/local/courier-imap/1.7.3 \
- --without-ipv6 \
- --enable-unicode \
- --without-authpwd \
- --without-authshadow \
- --without-authuserdb \
- --without-authldap \
- --without-authmysql \
- --without-authpgsql \
- --with-authvchkpw \
- --with-authpam \
- --with-authuserdb \
- --with-authdaemon \
- --with-authcustom \
- --with-authcram

whiche confiring tcpd it stops at:

checking whether setpgrp takes no argument... yes
checking for socketpair... yes
checking for SVR3 stream pipes... no
checking for SVR4 stream pipes... no
checking for stream pipes... socketpair
checking for SSL_load_error_strings in -lssl... yes
checking whether OpenSSL requires Kerberos... configure: error: OpenSSL test
build failed

How can I compile courier-imap with openssl installed not unter /usr/lib

For apache it works with this openssl-directory

Greetings

Alex
