Recently I encounter a problem with a customer.
I explain the case:

This guy have four accounts and access them over POP3.
I have maildrop as default delivery, with a quota warning of 90%
Sometimes the quotawarn file gets deliverded to an account.
The customer sees the message, but doesn't know what accounts trigered
the warning, because his MUA puts all in an INBOX folder.

OK, I think: if he doesn't know to what account the warning message was
delivered is his problem. A problem of his MUA. He must set some
filters.
BUT I don't want so spend ten minutes (at least) explaining the good
usage of a MUA.

So, how to do maildrop substite a predefined string in the qotawarnmsg
file to some information that permits the customer see what account is
exceeded?. Something like the envelope recipient I think.
