I am not using any hosteddomains or virtual domains or any other domain besides fifreak.dyndns.org. So I have no hosteddomains file.
cartman:/etc/courier# cat locals localhost fifreak.dyndns.org 192.168.0.10 127.0.0.1 cartman:/etc/courier# cat me fifreak.dyndns.org
Any other suggestions?

Because the mail domain is not installed in either locals, or the hosteddomains file, depending on your userdb setup.
