Hi One user claims that there's a difference between courier-mta w/ webmail and qmail w/ sqwebmail in how read messages are handled.
His claim is that with qmail / sqwebmail, he could read his mail and still get it with pop3. He's using Outlook and lets the email stay on the server, so the adverse is also true according to him - if he downloads with pop3, he could still see which messages were new. Now with courier-mta it seems that messages read with webmail will not be downloaded and if read with outlook, the message no longer looks new in webmail. I don't personally use this combination so I don't know if it is true. But if so, can courier-mta be made to function like qmail, or is it just bad luck for him? -- Kaare Rasmussen --Linux, spil,-- Tlf: 3816 2582 Kaki Data tshirts, merchandize Fax: 3816 2501 Howitzvej 75 ben 12.00-18.00 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2000 Frederiksberg Lrdag 12.00-16.00 Web: www.suse.dk ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Free pre-built ASP.NET sites including Data Reports, E-commerce, Portals, and Forums are available now.
