I'm using *Mozilla 1.4* on *Solaris 9* with *Postfix 1.1.12* and Courier *IMAP 1.5.3.
*I'm getting some errors with some users when they are attempting to move mail between mail folders.
"some errors" - like what? "some users" - like who?
Here is "some advice" - provide more information with your posting...
/*[ALERT] copy failed - no write permission or out of disk space */is the error message, but this only applies to a handful of users on a system with over 100.
We set the users mail directory to ~/.Maildir, and the permissions and the disk space are the same as users that can move their mail (apart from the uid's are different .. hehe).
Well, the "different uid's" sound suspect...
I've now been working on trying to solve this for the last 3 weeks and I've run out of ideas.
In those 3 weeks, did you check the log file? Could you enlighten us as to it's contents?
