0700 for all folders, but use the 'maildirmake' utility that comes with 
courier and it will set everything up properly.  Make sure they are owned by 
whatever user postfix will use to deliver the mail and courier will use to 
read it.  Otherwise you'll get errors as they can't access the maildirs. 

So if the user who will "own" all the virtual mailboxes is called "virtual" 
then run the maildirmake utility as user "virtual".
