I recently upgraded from 41.0 to 43.0 mainly for security reasons. I
just ran .configure without any toggles and it seemed to have built and
installed fine. I use pam auth. I pretty much copied my old courier/etc/
folder to the new one for the configuration setting.
Outlook clients have never had a problem but it seems now that when we attempted to delete messages using an imap connection the server will time out about ever out time, though works the others?
This occurs if you do not correctly perform all the installation steps that are needed to upgrade, specifically you forget to run 'make install-configure' during the upgrade process. This was fixed in 43.1
