It definitely doesn't look like everything is fine. It looks like courierd isn't running at all. It's crashing every time it tries to run. You probably have the wrong permissions on some of the directories. Did you upgrade from courier 0.42.0? I've gotten this when I upgraded from one version of courier to another but changed the uid on the courier user. Assuming that you don't have any mail stuck in the queue the easiest thing is probably to backup your /etc/courier directory then blow away the old installation and reinstall clean using the new rpms.
