I've noticed that even with the option BOFHBADMIME setting at "accept", courier will rewrite MIME boundaries. Is that the intended behavior?

I'm asking because I've seen a message or two slip by our RAV filter, and I wonder if the message boundaries were not parsed correctly by RAV, and were later fixed by Courier before delivering to the user account.
