[courier-users] Problem with SMTP Authentification and Outlook 98 and Old Outlook Express Versions

Hi all   I have a Problem Problem with SMTP Authentification and Outlook 98 and Old Outlook Express Versions Some Users from OpenOffice can't Send E-Mails over the SMTP     Thats the Outlook Message: Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Protokoll: SMTP, Serverantwort 250 DSN, Anschluss 25, Secure(SSL) nein, Serverfehler 250 Thats the Server Message: Sep 30 14:25:09 ms1 courieresmtpd: started,ip=[X.X.X.25] Sep 30 14:25:09 ms1 courieresmtpd: error,relay=X.X.X.25,msg="535 Authentication failed.",cmd: AUTH LOGIN Sep 30 14:25:09 ms1 pop3d: Connection, ip=[X.X.X.25] Sep 30 14:25:09 ms1 pop3d: LOGIN, [EMAIL PROTECTED], ip=[X.X.X.25] Sep 30 14:25:09 ms1 pop3d: LOGOUT, [EMAIL PROTECTED], ip=[X.X.X.25], top=0, retr=0 We have a Secure SMTP the User and Password is the same as POP And the UserDatabase is on LDAP   Sorry for my Bad English and i hope so you have a solution   Thanks and greetings Aaron Ritter OpenOffice TechCenter
