That's normal behavior. It's not "relaying" when you send to an account that actually lives on the server. That's just normal mail delivery. You want this so that your server will accept mail for accounts that live on your server. What happens if you try to send a message to an account that is NOT on your server? It shouldn't let you do that. Try sending a message back to this list. It should be refused by courier with an error saying "relaying denied" or something like that.
