I am using disk quota for each mailbox.
I have problem here:
When the mailbox reaches the size limit, mail sent to the mailbox will get bounce. But the the owner of the mailbox try to remove (free up) some unwanted messages from his mailbox, the system refuse the action.
Have to get postmaster manualy change the quota and allow the owner of the mailbox remove (free up) some unwanted messages and the change quota back to previous figure.
This is extremely frustrate for us, also increase quite a lot work load for our team.
Is there any way when the mailbox size reaches its limit, the owner still can remove (free up) some unwanted messages ?
