it thats the case how can I pass those mails ? I have a lot of people with dots in their emailadresses.
It's not the dot that's a problem. It's the closing square bracket (]) in the domain name that's triggering this syntax error. It shouldn't be there. One of your customers has mistyped the email address, that's all.
