Create a mailing list and then set the options that you want. Look in the couriermlm man page for how to do this. Look for the section "SETTING MAILING LIST OPTIONS" to see how to set the options. I think you want POST=subscribers POSTARCHIVE=subscribers Then only subscribers can post messages and only subscribers can read messages in the archive. If you set SUBSCRIBE=mod then the list moderator controls who is allowed to subscribe to the mailing list.
