Hi!
I'v just upgraded to 0.44.2 and noticed after a make install all the file permissions are fscked up. All files on my courier install dir are owned by root with perms 0600. Anyways I managed to do some awk-pipe-sh on the permissions.dat file to repair the install, just wanted to know if it's just me or one of those nasty bugs/typos like the recent in pop3d-ssl ;-)
I don't see any packaging problems.
Most file permissions are set by courier/setperms.sh script, which gets invoked by 'make install'. setperms.sh, in turn, gets create by the configure script, from setperms.sh.in.
setperms.sh also invokes the perms.sh script, as part of doing its business.
