The dns is fine as far as I can tell. A dig for buc.com on my external dns
server gives me this:

I've got MX and A records, what else do I need?

Nothing.

So a router or a circuit somewhere hiccupped, and the recipient domain's nameserver could not briefly contact your name servers.

Wait for the problem to go away.
