I just upgraded kernel on my mail server to linux-2.6.0-test11. I'm using reiserfs as my filesystem.
I have previously used the same with linux-2.4 without problems.
Whenever I try to send/relay mail, smtp says "431 mail system full". The problem is (I suspect) in the free inode reporting in linux-2.6 On 2.4 I get:
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on /dev/hda1 4294967295 0 4294967295 0% / /dev/hda3 4294967295 0 4294967295 0% /var/log Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/hda1 15622696 10847240 4775456 70% / /dev/hda3 706832 49024 657808 7% /var/log
on 2.6, Inode count is 0, IUsed is 0, IFree is 0 on all filesystems.
Is linux-2.6 broken, or is it courier esmtpd?
thx
