I tried calling +45-39208948 (literally "0045-39208948") from Germany, and I got the 
recording, too.  BTW: The fax numbers in the WHOIS info for "dkuug.dk" are the same.  
Weird.  Maybe just start the fax, and the remote machine will recognize it?
