Hrrm.. well, first, 'to', 'log', and 'xfilter' don't work in maildrop embedded
mode (which is what the rcptfilter and smtpfilter run as)

You do the actually delivery in a '.mailfilter'.

you might want to take a look at the courier 'localmailfilter'
documentation again.
