What's the best way to get this into courier?
Write it yourself. I'm not opposed to implementing SPF, even though I don't think much of it; but I have no time for this right now.
The fastest is probably adding a courier perl filter.. but does anyone have plans or interest in implementing this?
No, the best way is to add the check in submit. Look how BOFHCHECKDNS gets done, then do something similar.
