I am new to this group.
I am interested in Imap server.
I have downloaded courier-imap-2.2.1.20031219.
I have sew questions,iam sorry if these are already asked and simple.
can i run this on windows.
can some one give me a sequence of steps for installation in unix.
bcos i dont have much idea of make files and unix.
i have seen the instructions and as given in the instructions for install
i have run
>./configure
>make
but i didnot understand what does
$ make check and $ su root do.
moreover i am interested only the IMAP part not the pop3.so can any one tell which are the exact files for insatlling and compling the imap code.
