That is not what I'm trying to do. I don't want to
cosmetically fix this problem. There is definitely some
inconsistency/discrepancy problem between mailq and what
cancelmsg sees in the queue. There are about 10,000 messages
that mailq believes still exist, while cancelmsg does not.

However, I don't want to simply clear everything out,
because mailq still lists over 21,000 messages in my queue,
so definitely there are still many in there. 

It would be nice if whatever was canceled by cancelmsg
actually got reflected in mailq!!
