Actually, I've recently learned that using EXITCODE=0 has a caveat - if
you are using a .courier, it /doesn't stop subsequent delivery
instructions/.  One must use EXITCODE=99 (delivered) I think.

I learned this from the 'man dot-courier' manpage, and only offer it
here because it may be useful to someone.
