Hello,

I'm getting ready to build a new server to replace our old
(sendmail/qpopper) server. Here is what we have:

~1800 users total
~100 domains

Will be using courier+postfix+mysql

Most users are POP3, a few IMAP, plus a few IMAP connections coming from a
webmail site (which uses squirrelmail).

We are looking to have spam filtering (SpamAssassing) and possibly an
antivirus. Hoping th espam filtering can be completely user configurable
(from being off or to any number of settings).

Would anyone mind giving me some recommendations for server
specs/configuration? I've been seeing comments about running 2 servers,
one with the spam/AV and the other the main host. If this is better, is it
fairly easy to setup? That is, easy as in not much more difficult than
standard courier/postfix setup.

Thanks in advance,

        Bryan
