Well, based on the recent discussions here, it turns out that I'm going
to start out using the Python framework.  As long as it works for me, I
probably won't be using Mail::Query::SPF.

But if you or someone else gets it to work inside of the
courierperlfilter environment, I'm sure that it would be of interest to
the rest of the group.
