There's something that should be pointed out - this will only work with server side filtering. As far as I know POP3 is a download only protocol. Your mail client may allow you to move between the inboxes but that'll be on your hard drive, not on the server.

You really need to use IMAP for this. If your mail client doesn't support it I would consider getting a new client - most modern ones support both.

Forgot about permissions which will be a problem
if you have separate system accounts.

I just configured a few userdb accounts and this
seems like the best way to handle it.

mainaccountfolder1<TAB>home=/home/mainaccount/Maildir/.Folder1|
mail=/home/mainaccount/Maildir/.Folder1|uid=?|gid=?|systempw=*
mainaccountfolder2<TAB>home=/home/mainaccount/Maildir/.Folder2|
mail=/home/mainaccount/Maildir/.Folder2|uid=?|gid=?|systempw=*

Make sure authuserdb is included. Set the passwords
"userdbpw | userdb ... set systempw", makeuserdb and
you should be able to POP3 from these accounts.
