My current file has this in it, which also doesn't work:

logfile "/tmp/maildrop.out"
if (/^To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]/)
{
    to "Maildir/.Ste/"
}
This works:

if (/^To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]/)
        to Maildir/.Ste
The salient point here, is that the "+" had to be escaped.
