non root

3) My stock server didn't have the following rpm's
Not all vital and I can't confirm that it's complete as I used apt-get to
install them so it resolved any other dependencies for me.

automake
strace
fam fam-devel
glibc-devel glibc libstdc++ libstdc++-devel
mysql mysql-devel
openldap openldap-devel openldap-servers
postgresql postgresql-devel
gdbm gdbm-devel expect
openssl openssl-devel
rpm-devel rpm-build
pam pam-devel zlib zlib-devel
