Hi - last night I got the 3.0.3 release (not a snapshot) and tried building it.
configure kept bailing when trying to find my mysqlclient.so - and I knew for
a fact that I had my LDFLAGS set correctly. It turns out I needed to set a
couple flags (--with-mysql-libs & --with-mysql-includes) in the ./configure
line to make it work right - but I didn't see this anywhere in the docs. In
fact, all it says in the faq is to set ldflags right. In anycase, thought I'd
mention.
