So out of curiosity, which one of these do I use?  Is it the service I'm
connecting from?  Or the service of the password I'm changing?  (which
doesn't make sense since the password is global).

Anyway, if anyone is interested, I have a password-changing module for
horde's passwd program that seems to work with courier.  I will post it
if there's interest (it's still beta - need to work out some of the
horde-specific issues and am waiting on info from its developers)
