Going to the above link currently results in this error:

So yes, please do post some example headers, and possibly a description
of the exact Received: header formatting characteristics that
spamassassin has problems with.

After digging through Courier when I did the "id" patch, I can say with
some degree of confidence that a formatting change would probably not
require much of a code change on the Courier side.

I'm not necessarily advocating this solution, but I'm just making the
point in case it turns out to be more desirable to change Courier's
Received: format than to modify spamassassin's regexp's.
