Hello,

Has someone already faced the trouble of voluntary quota handling from
SqWebMail?

When send a mail from SqWebMail it follows the quota (suppose the courier
smtp does this with the delivery directives) but when delete and purged from
trash it leaves the maildirsize file untouched (doesn't deduct the purged
messages!) and states the same ammount of quota usage. (While the courier
esmtpd, imapd and pop3d use deliverquota fine.) It's weird and don't know how
to cope with.

There's an other strange thing: I set the /usr/lib/courier/etc/sizelimit to
10 MByte which works fine with courier, but seems to be disobeyed by
SqWebMail. Attaching a 2 MB file it refuses to accept for delivery saying
that the administrative limit has been reached! SqWebMail seems to follow
some different config/setup than courier.? I tried to find it but can't.

I already used a former version of courier 0.39 which worked well with
webmail, but that version didn't use a separated daemon for webmail like the
new 0.45.4 uses. Probable this is what makes sense of this behavior. Does
somebody have experience about it?

Help me plz if could!

The config:
RedHat Linux Enterprise 3
Courier 0.45.4 (a week ago downloaded) Maildir with deliverquota and (of
course) SqWebMail
MySQL server 3.23.58-4 auth
Apache httpd-2.0.46-26-ent

courierd has the delivery directive:
DEFAULTDELIVERY="|| dotforward
| /usr/lib/courier/bin/maildrop"

each user .courier file contains (when not redirected):
| /usr/lib/courier/bin/deliverquota -w 90 $HOME $MAILDIRQUOTA

the variables are set from the MySQL db.

Thanks for any help!

Regards
