See... that won't ever happen under a stock configuration of Courier. If courier isn't going to deliver the mail locally or relay it, it will issue a permanent failure code during the SMTP conversation. It does not generate a DSN, because it hasn't accepted anything for delivery.


Perhaps you could enlighten us as to exactly what you've done to your installation that makes it possible for spammers to use your system as a relay, or provide better evidence that that's really what's happening.
