Nope. If you tell courier that AUTH is REQUIRED, then AUTH is REQUIRED. Period.


As one would expect that AUTH implies relay privleges, and indeed, Courier grants relay privs to users that AUTH, what would lead you to believe that AUTH_REQUIRED would have anything to do with relaying?

So, begs the question, then how do I set it to just clients?

Leave it alone. The normal configuration works the way you want it to.
