I'm currently using a qmail + vpopmail + courier-imap (used for imap and spop3) + sqwebmail setup, and am converting to a full Courier setup. What strategy should I use for copying Maildir's? Will copying the cur/new/tmp and IMAP-folders be sufficient?
You do not need to copy anything. If you're using passwd domain files, run the vchkpw2userdb script, and use the userdb module. If you're using MySQL, set up authmysqlrc accordingly.
