Honestly, I assumed that it wouldn't hurt to change group ownership on the directory to another nologin user. Sorry, not the case. This is exactly why I did a clean install from a freshly built RPM (ie. I removed the old rpm's before reinstalling, and the rpm's are built straight from your .45.4 tarball).
