Hello, Is there any way of forcing courier esmtp to authenticate itself to a remote esmtp server using "PLAIN", even when the remote server advertises CRAM-MD5 as one of the possible authentication methods? Setting ESMTPAUTH="PLAIN" in esmtpd didn't seem to do the trick even after restarting courier (courier still tries to use cram-md5).
The reason I ask is because my current setup (Courier 0.40.1) relays all mail through another mail server which advertises CRAM-MD5 but has a broken cram-md5 implementation. /Anders ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
