Yes. I had originally opted not to do this for bandwidth reasons (long ago), but it does seem the more valid option. I think I'm going to port Mail::Verify to PHP (there is an rfc822 library in the PEAR archives, but it seems overly complex and doesn't do half of the stuff that the perl library does). I think I should also retract my previous complaints about courier not processing the full range of rfc 822 addresses. It has either been fixed since I last tried, or I wasn't trying hard enough (Evolution doesn't deal with them, but I can send from pine - even if it does strip the spaces out of " [ @ ] "@mydomain). Maybe I'll check for an rfc 822 bug for Evolution. -Chris ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Sleepycat Software Learn developer strategies Cisco, Motorola, Ericsson & Lucent use to deliver higher performing products faster, at low TCO. http://www.sleepycat.com/telcomwpreg.php?From=osdnemail3 _______________________________________________ courier-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-users
