Well, that's the short answer... :) If you want each user to have individual control of the messages, then you don't want a shared folder. You need to deliver a separate copy to each person. Maybe you should set it up as a mailing list so that emails coming into this 'shared' account are redistributed to the subscribers. If the number of users is manageable, you might be able to do it as an email account that forwards to a static list to save the trouble of a mailing list setup.
