[courier-users] big brother archiving all outgoing email

Is there a way, other than setting ARCHIVEDIR in courierd, to put a copy 
or deliver all outgoing email to a big brother user?  ARCHIVEDIR has its 
uses.  But I only want to capture outgoing emails, preferably in a BCC 
sort of way so an admin account can sort them via maildrop into folders 
based on name.
