Well, there's the RFCs, and then there's local policy.  Of course you can
reject messages that you deem broken, illegitimate, or otherwise
inappropriate, even if they are directed to a valid local account.  I, for
one, reject known viruses and worms under *all* circumstances, even if one
of my users tries to send it through an authenticated connection.
