Hello,
I run courier-imap on FreeBSD 5.2.1 as a pop3 server, but I'm
unable to connect to it after updating to the lasted version.
When I do telnet 127.0.0.1 110, I get "disconnected by foreign host"
without entering a username or password.
netstat -a shows that pop3 is listening
The pop3d.pid is pointing to a process called couiertcpd
ipfw is not running, nor is inetd and I can access all other
services (sshd, ftp, squid) on the server.
After upgrading FreeBSD via cvs, pop3 was working, it was after I
upgraded couier-imap via portupgrade that the problem started.
Any ideas?
