If a mail includes "unknown" chars the client can't receive the mail complete.
The "unknown" char look in HEX-Code like "0x00".
The client is an Outlook 2003 with Norton Internet Security 2004.
I've seen enough trouble with Norton desktop security products that I would first check if the problem persists if you disable that. Should be easy enough to do. I would not rule out courier though as the source of the problem, but lets take it step by step.
