There is also something like a maildropmysql.config where these static settings should be set, but when I set these it still requests them from the DB. Also it can use settings from the system account with the homedir set ! This is info not needed in the database.

maildrop must have uid, gid, and homedir. maildrop cannot determine the recipient's mailbox location, and its correct permissions, telepathically.
