it won't go away. i configured with --without-fam, compiled and
installed. sgi_fam is disabled and not running. IMAP_ENHANCEDIDLE=0 in
imapd. i still get the damn error. it's like an itch that you can't
scratch. i really don't understand how it could possibly still be trying
to use it and log errors in maillog.
