One user causes the following entries in the logfile

So I added ti esmtproutes
folkbildning.net: [213.136.51.24],25/SECURITY=NONE
And now I got the following instead

My questions
1) Is there a way to debug the interaction between my mailserver and the remote mailserver similar to what you can do with the debug flag in imap
2) I assume the smtp status code (500) means the problem is on my side. Correct or not ?
3) What is causing the problem ?
