checked thoroughly. IMAP calls LDAP successfully. sending to myself.
however, ESMTP never calls LDAP - just replies 432.
authdaemonrc uses only authlap, and esmtp uses authdaemon.
from maillog this might mean something:
server submit: Is a directory
server courieresmtp: submitclient: EOF from submit
